1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally and severally with the plaintiff 90,149,368 won and 500,000 won among them.

Reasons

On September 27, 2012, the display of claims filed by the Plaintiff against the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation prior to its change: the Seoul Central District Court 2006Da27251, which became final and conclusive by a judgment of indemnity amount) for the extension of the prescription period of claims acquired from the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Seoul Central District Court 2006Da27251).
