On September 30, 2016, when personal information, such as a person who is subject to registration of personal information, his/her name, resident registration number, address, place of business, location of work or workplace, physical information, photograph, etc., is changed by the Jeju District Court sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Violence, or one year of suspension of execution on October 08, 2016, the defendant shall submit information on change to the competent police station within 20 days from the date the reason for change and details of change occur.

Although the address of the Defendant was changed from Jeju City to Jeju on September 8, 2017, the Defendant failed to submit the changed personal information to the competent police station within 20 days from the date on which the cause of change occurred without justifiable grounds.
