A. Defendant A Co., Ltd. is from August 14, 2014 for KRW 776,074,072 and KRW 500,000 among them.

On February 12, 2009, the Small and Medium Business Corporation extended a loan of KRW 500 million to Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) at the rate of 12% per annum, and Defendant B provided joint and several surety by setting the guarantee limit as KRW 600 million on the same day.

On October 30, 2013, the Small and Medium Business Corporation transferred the above loan claims to the Plaintiff, and then notified the Defendants of the assignment of claims on or around December 4, 2013. The above notification reached the Defendants around that time.

As of August 13, 2014, the amount of the above loans as of August 13, 201 is KRW 576,074,072 in total of the principal and interest KRW 276,074,072.

Therefore, the Defendant Company is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the above principal and interest of KRW 776,074,072 as well as the principal and interest of KRW 500 million as to KRW 100 million, and Defendant B is jointly and severally liable with the Defendant Company to pay KRW 600,000,000,000 as the guaranteed amount
