The defendant is a victim C(n, 79 years of age).

On October 2014, the Defendant, on the ground that he refused to demand money from the victim at the Defendant’s residence located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant committed assault, such as taking a beer who was placed in the inside room and taking the face of the victim.

On February 2015, the Defendant demanded the victim to pay money at the Defendant’s residence, as stated in paragraph (1) of 2015, at the Defendant’s residence, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the ground that the victim refused to pay money by 12 times a bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of C

On February 12, 2015, at around 09:55, the Defendant demanded a victim to borrow money in the name of the victim at the Defendant’s residence as stated in paragraph (1), but refused to do so, the Defendant “spawn f.h. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f.).”

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim who habitually remains, or injured the victim.
