1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 56,184,319 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 30, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: A claim for the payment of the price of goods related to construction materials supplied from March 20, 2014 to July 26, 2014 by the Plaintiff selling the construction materials P.V.C. in the name of “D” in Kuri-si, Incheon Metropolitan City to the Defendant who sells the construction materials in the name of “F” in the name of “F.”
