A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Meart clocks (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which are a local mental medicine as follows:
1. Purchasing philophones;
A. On April 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) requested C to use phiphonephones; (b) transferred the price of KRW 200,000; and (c) purchased phiphones by means of receiving approximately 0.2g of philophones sent by C to high-speed bus baggage from Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
B. On April 20, 2018, the Defendant purchased phiphones by asking C to use phiphones and remitting KRW 400,000,000 to C, and around April 20, 2018, C sent to C with high-speed bus baggage from the Defendant’s residence located in the Southern-gun F, Nam-gun, and received approximately 0.4g of phiphones which arrive at E through Kwikset service provider.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. On April 15, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones in a way of clocking approximately 0.1g of philophones into beer, on a scopon vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Defendant’s dwelling area located in the Southern-gun F of the Southern-gun.
B. On April 21, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine at the same place as paragraph 2-A of around April 21, 2018, and dilution with biocompons into arms and injecting them into arms.

On May 10, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine at the same place as paragraph 2-A around May 10, 2018, and dilution with biocompons into arms and injecting them into arms.

On May 13, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine at the same place as paragraph 2-A around May 13, 2018, and dilution with biocompons into arms and injecting them into arms.
E. On May 15, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by dilution approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, and injection them into the crophones, at the same place as paragraph 2(a) of paragraph (2) of the same Article.
F. The Defendant: (a) around July 6, 2018, approximately 0.1g philophones at the same place as paragraph (a) of No. 2.
