Defendant

A and the defendant C are simplified, and the defendant B posted a horse, and the defendant B was known to the defendant A.

On August 2017, the Defendants conspiredd to do card gambling using a card with the name card with which the pattern and number of the back side of the nonfinite card appears, and Defendant B purchased a camera, card, earphone, earphone, etc. to be used for gambling through the Internet around that time.

On August 22, 2017, at around 11:00, the Defendants established a camera in a gymnasium operated by Defendant C, which was in the south F, and tested whether the pattern and number of the back of the wood card can actually be seen by using the wood card, earphones and electricity.

Then, from August 22, 2017 to 18:00 to 18:00, the Defendants used a wooden card prepared in advance with the victim G, the victim H, and the victim I from the above sports center, and used it to see “balone,” which is determined in accordance with the pattern and the number combinations. Accordingly, the Defendants had attempted to receive property by deceiving the victims.
