[Criminal Power] On May 31, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and ten months for the purpose of obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. at the Seo-gu District Court Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 25, 2020.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On July 20, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Drivers, Violence, etc.): (a) boarded the head of E-si operated by the victim D while under the influence of alcohol on the road front of the C convenience store located in Daegu-gu Office B, Daegu-gu; and (b) said that the victim “as soon as possible, I see” to the victim who was asked for destination.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation and caused the injury.

2. The Defendant causing property damage, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1), was trying to report 112 of the victim’s assault from a taxi that caused damage to the victim, while intending to drive away the victim from the taxi that caused damage, putting the cell phone at the floor so as to have the victim fall, and broken the rear part of the aforementioned mobile phone apparatus by making it difficult to the floor.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.

3. At around 15:35 on the same day as Paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) in consideration of the following: (b) 15:35 day of the performance of official duties, the Defendant: (c) at the same place, reported by D, 112 of the assaulted by the Defendant; and (d) the slope G belonging to the police patrol team of the Taesodaean Police Station, who controlled the Defendant; and
