1. Defendant A
A. A. At around 04:00 on July 23, 2012, the Defendant threatened the victim F (hereinafter referred to as “F) by calls from the E-cafeteria located in Seojin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “D”) to the effect that “I am going to her, going to her, and she is in the E-cafeteria. I am going to look at at the E-cafeteria. I am to die, and to die.”
(b) The defendant violates the Punishment of Injury, Violence, etc. Act (injury by collective action, deadly weapons, etc.) shall, at around 04:30 on the same day, sit the victim F and the victim G (22 years of age) who received the said phone in front of the defendant, take the victim's face and upper part of the victim's body by hand floor or drinking at the above E-cafeteria parking lot at around 07:00 on the same day, take the victim's face and upper part of the victim's face at around 07:0 on the same day, take the victim's face and upper part of the victim's face from the victim's house or drinking at the above E-cafeteria parking lot at around 07:05 on the same day, take the victim's face and upper part of the victim's knife at around 302, while moving the victim's seat and upper part of the victim's knife at the victim's floor or drinking part.

C. At around 07:00 on the same day, the detained Defendant: (a) had the victims appear to assault the victims in the above E-cafeteria parking lot; (b) had the victims forced the victims to leave the above vehicle; (c) caused the victims to leave the vehicle for about five minutes; and (d) had the victims leave the vehicle from the vehicle from around 07:05 to 09:30 on the same day.
