1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;

1. On September 1, 2017, on the grounds that the Plaintiff had failed to pay two or more rents, the indication of the claim should terminate the lease contract (a lease deposit: KRW 5,000,000, monthly rent: KRW 550,000, and a period: 1 year) on the building indicated in the attached real estate on the ground that the Plaintiff had failed to pay rent for at least two parcels of rents, and then claim the return of unjust enrichment on the part of the Plaintiff’s transfer of the said building and the overdue rent (an overdue portion up to January 10, 2018) through the overdue rent.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
