The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B 110CC motorcycle.

On March 2, 2012, the Defendant driven the above motorcycle on March 17:5, 2012, and changed the lane into one lane while driving the road near the 27-lane of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City into the 6-lane of diving distance from the south side of the locking Zone to the 6-lane of the locking Zone.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim due to the above occupational negligence during approximately 12 weeks of medical treatment.
