Punishment of the crime
On August 12, 2016, at around 09:20, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a B-type car from around 500 meters away from a place where it is impossible to find out whether it was ever less than once to the head of the household at the time of harmony to the front road of water traffic located in about 88 meters at the time of harmony.
