1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 1, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: 30 million won on July 23, 2007, KRW 10 million on November 1, 2007, KRW 13 million on November 13, 2007, KRW 20 million on July 18, 2008, and KRW 30 million on loans of KRW 30 million on July 25, 2008, and KRW 30 million on loans of KRW 20 million on November 11, 2009, and KRW 30 million on loans of KRW 20 million on the part of payment to the defendant, and delay damages thereon.
