Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

No person shall infringe upon any author's property right or other property right protected by the Copyright Act by means of reproduction, performance, public transmission, exhibition, distribution, lease, or preparation of a derivative work without obtaining the consent of the person who has such right or property right.

On October 2018, the Defendant infringed on the victim’s copyright by putting the victim’s E’s art work “F” on the cartoon wave of Dics of the file sharing site at the Seocho-si B and C’s home, Seocho-si, 2018.
