1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff asserted that the Defendant and the Defendant entered into a storage contract with the custody fees of KRW 1,00 per day against the 30 large arbalestss owned by the Defendant, and sought payment of the amount stated in the purport of the claim at the custody expenses. However, it is not sufficient to acknowledge that the statement in subparagraphs 1-1 and 2 of Article 1-2 of the Plaintiff’s assertion was concluded between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge otherwise.
