However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On July 9, 2016, at around 17:40, the Defendant used the two-wheeled automobile number plates, air, which are air, by putting the BMWR 1200 R/T number plates on the front of the Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan commercial building and attaching the BMW 1200 R/M number plates to remove and exercise the two-wheeled automobile number plates that the customer works as his/her employee. As above, the Defendant used the BM 1200 R/M 1200 M/M, which was attached with the C two-wheel number plates, around that time.
