On May 12, 2017, the defendant and the requester for medical treatment and custody (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") were sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Suwon District Court on May 12, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the main prison on October 23, 2017.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) - giving and receiving;
A. At around 21:00 on April 27, 2018, the Defendant received approximately 8g of the psychotropic drugs, which consist of psychotropic drugs, i.e., in the C’s vehicle parked in the restaurant parking lot located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by dividing C into two vinyls from meta or to two vinyls, free of charge.
Accordingly, the defendant accepted philophones.
B. At around 02:00 on April 29, 2018, the Defendant received, without compensation, about 5 gramphones contained in F by dividing F into six vinyls from only one of the E Hospital located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, and then dividing F into six vinyls.
Accordingly, the defendant accepted philophones.
C. On July 7, 2018, the Defendant received approximately 0.7 grams in a 3-H station located in G during the 2018 Gyeonggi-gu 04:00 a.m. from B to B at the end of the 3-H station located in G, I met or from B to B at the time of a single-use injection.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. - Medications;
A. At around 03:00 on April 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) injected approximately 0.05g phiphones into water in the Gangnam-gu Seoul J hotel K room; and (b) injected on the part of the Defendant’s arms by dilution them with water in a single-use injection machine.
Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.
B. At around 13:00 on May 7, 2018, the second criminal defendant administered approximately 0.05 g of oponon in the guest room in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph.
C. On July 7, 2018, the third criminal defendant is in the Gu G during the Gyeonggi-gu Sports (05:00).
