Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
[2013 High Court Decision 2649] On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the Victim AC on the following grounds: “The Defendant borrowed two mobile phones, and allowed him/her to work as a counselor. The mobile phone is used to advertise Capitals in newspapers or on the Internet.”

[2014 high-level 141] The Defendant, around March, 2013, sent a cell phone (galthno No. 2) to the victim AD at the ELS mobile phone agency located in the Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, by using Kwikset AE in the name of the victim even if the cell phone was opened from the beginning, without the victim's intent or ability to work, and sent a cell phone using Kwikset to Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, by making it possible for him to do the same defect, or to perform the work. The Defendant received from the victim the delivery of 1,089,000 palno No. 21 at the market price.
