1. Defendant E, F, G, H, I, and J are to the Plaintiff A and B:

A. As to the approval for each factory establishment listed in the separate sheet (1)

Reasons

1. Determination as to claims against Defendant E, F, G, H, I, and J

A. The facts of recognition 1) Plaintiff A and B are co-owners holding 1/2 shares of each of the 1/2 shares in relation to L forest in emulation. Plaintiff C and D are co-owners holding 1/2 shares in each of the emulation M forest (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant forest”). 2) The Plaintiffs, the owners of each of the instant forest in this case, and the Plaintiffs, the Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “N”), and the Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “O”), and Co., Ltd., on June 26, 2013, a letter of performance (hereinafter referred to as “written performance of this case”).

The location of each forest of this case: O representative G and P are paid to the owner of each forest of this case as the deposit amount for the written consent to building permission for each of the forest of this case. O representative G and P are to deposit the total sum of KRW 3,600,000 (3,600,000,000) including the balance of each of the forest of this case (3,500,000,000) and the total amount of all the taxes (3,60,000,000,000) by December 30, 2013. If the deposit is not made by December 30, 2013, the representative Q of the N Civil Design Office for Civil Works and Design has to implement the change of the name of the plaintiff and the plaintiff under the name of the plaintiff and the public works.
