On April 13, 2012, the Defendant formed a dry field with soil on the ground that some of the above alley paths was owned by himself/herself, and obstructed traffic by means of piling up stone on the boundary. On April 13, 2012, the Defendant obstructed the flow of traffic by making it difficult for him/her to pass.
