On June 29, 2016, at around 22:40, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Defendant from leaving the mine police station “Ctation” in front of the mine police station in Gwangju Mine, which was disputed with the problem of taxi fee rate E, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the Defendant from attempting to go to the taxi driver; (c) obstructed the Defendant from leading the mine police station Ctation at the seat of the said F on one occasion with the front part of the said F on one hand; and (d) took the front part of the said F on one hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning public peace and maintenance of order.
