1. The boundaries of the G 329 square meters and H 682 square meters are the right corner of the building on the G site in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do.

Reasons

In full view of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (including partial numbers), the result of the on-site inspection conducted by this court, and the purport of appraiser I’s appraisal conducted by the plaintiff and the defendants, the dispute over the boundary between the plaintiff, Goyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G large 329 square meters (hereinafter “the land of this case”) and H 682 square meters (hereinafter “the land of this case”) owned by the defendants and H 682 square meters (hereinafter “the land of this case”). The boundary of the land of this case Nos. 1, 2 and 3 are the lines connected each point of 1, 2, and 3, referring to the attached Form No. 1, 2, and referring to the land of this case. The fact that the steel fence installed by the defendants over the above part of the land of this case No. 1 and 2 had been installed over the above boundary. Thus, the land of this case was determined to be connected in order to refer to the boundary of the land of this case No. 1, 22, and 3.
