1. The decision of the court below on the gist of the reasons for appeal is too unreasonable.
2. In full view of the overall sentencing conditions shown in the records and arguments of the instant judgment and the fact that the Defendant repeatedly committed each of the instant offenses during the period of repeated offense, the lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable.
3. According to the conclusion, the Defendant’s appeal is dismissed pursuant to Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that it is without merit.
