The defendant shall pay 71,925,615 won to the applicant for compensation by deceit.

On July 6, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court on July 6, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on March 5, 2017.

On May 2018, the Defendant got contact information from the victim B while communicating with the victim B in the front line of Seoul subway No. 1, Seoul subway No. 1, 2018, followed the victim by deceiving the money.

On May 2018, the Defendant introduced the name of the Defendant as “C” under the name of Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Police Officer (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul Special Metropolitan City Police Officer”) to the name of the Defendant, and introduced it to “I would be able to receive support payments of KRW 500 million if I would be able to receive support payments if I would be able to receive support payments of KRW 500 million if I would pay the fees to the Defendant by text messages.” From May 2019, the Defendant introduced the Defendant as “D prosecutor” or “E” and continued to pay the fees to the Defendant, she would be able to receive support payments of KRW 500 million if I would be able to receive support payments by text messages.

However, the defendant did not run a business related to support payments, and even if he received money from the victim as a fee, he did not have any intention or ability to allow the victim to receive support payments of KRW 500 million.

Nevertheless, on May 20, 2018, the Defendant received 100,000 won in total from the victim’s bank account (F) around May 20, 2018 and received 71,925,615 won in the same manner as indicated in the separate crime list from March 24, 2020.
