1. The defendants jointly and severally with the plaintiff KRW 25,000,000.
(a) Of them, 10,000,000 won from July 31, 2015, and 15.
Reasons
1. On June 29, 2015, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 10,000,000 to Defendant B under Defendant C’s joint and several sureties until July 30, 2015, with interest rate of KRW 5% per annum and September 30, 2015, respectively.
The above loan and damages for delay shall be claimed
2. Claim against Defendant 1: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Claim against Defendant 2: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
