절도등
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Punishment of the crime
In 2010, the Defendant came to know of B, B, and came to know of B, and came to know of B, in the process of opening the house in Sungnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City C building 201 B, the Defendant came to know of B’s storage of B’s cards (D) in the margin under the name of B, and was aware of B’s password from B, and used the said cards for receiving cash services.
1. Larceny and intrusion upon residence;
A. On December 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the Sungnam-gu Sungnam-gu branch of the Victim’s Bank, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, 1126, the Defendant: (b) 300,000 won in cash and stolen the cash owned by the victim by inserting the said lot card in cash payment season, which was 30,000 won and known to the Defendant, after drinking alcohol together with B from the house of the above B at the end of the preceding day, while drinking alcohol together with B; and (c) inserting it with B at the cash payment season, B.
B. On the 30th day of the same month, the Defendant came before the house of the above victim B, and opened a door password, and entered the house of the victim, which was known to the victim in order to have the said card, and had the above door card with the above door card under the bend part of the bend part. On the 20:17th day, the Defendant withdrawn 300,000 won in cash at the Sungnam branch of the National Bank of the above victim, and thereby, the Defendant invaded the victim B’s residence and stolen the property owned by the National Bank of the victim.
C. On January 3, 2014, the Defendant was on the part of the Defendant with the instant lot card.
In the same manner as described in paragraph B, the victim B’s house was entered, carried with the said scam card at the bottom of the bed, and withdrawn 200,000 won in cash at the Sungnam branch of the National Bank of Korea at around 20:16 of the same day, and the defendant invadedd the victim B’s residence and stolen the property owned by the National Bank of Korea.
