The defendant is the representative director of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, who runs service business using 60 full-time workers.

The defendant works for security guards from Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Apartment to April 11, 2012.

A total of KRW 17,056,101, including six money and valuables, including KRW 846,640,000, was not paid within 14 days from the date of each retirement without an agreement between the parties to the extension of the payment due date, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
