The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

On February 14, 2003, the defendant and the person requesting an attachment order (hereinafter referred to as "defendant") were sentenced to four years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape, etc. of Minors under the age of 13) in the support of the Daegu District Court, the defendant and the person requesting the attachment order (hereinafter referred to as "defendant") was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of not more than one year and six months, and the court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years of imprisonment for a rape on February 7, 2014.

On December 22, 2016, the Defendant filed an appeal and filed an appeal after having been sentenced to five years of imprisonment with prison labor due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes in the Daegu District Court’s Support, etc., but the lower judgment became final and conclusive on September 7, 2017 upon receiving a final judgment dismissing the appeal on April 13, 2017, and upon receiving a final judgment dismissing the appeal on September 7, 2017.

The defendant, the victim C, and D are the space between the defendant, the victim, and the defendant and the victim in Daegu City, which are living together in Daegu prison E in 2624, slun-ro, Seowon-gu, Daegu City.

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. On February 21, 2017, at the Daegu prison E, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim at least six times in total, as shown in the attached Table 1, from the time on April 13, 2017, when the victim was forced to commit an indecent act, by drinking the victim (23 years) who read his/her books on the Defendant’s side, and by drinking the victim’s right chest with his/her left hand, and the victim got back his/her body by getting out of his/her body, he/she committed an indecent act by force against the victim at least six times in total, as shown in the attached Table 1.

B.
