1. From January 2014 to February 16, 2017, the Defendant was working as the head of the accounting office of the victim limited liability company D (hereinafter “victim”) company located in the former Northwest-gun C (hereinafter “victim”) and was engaged in the business of managing passbooks for withdrawal and withdrawal of the name of the victim company (Account Number E) and the national bank account (Account Number:F) or keeping them in cash.

However, around August 31, 2016, the Defendant withdrawn 7.9 million won of the funds owned by the victim company, which was deposited in the financial account by using a passbook for withdrawal from the bank account at the location inside the 226, Yan-gun, Yan-gun, Yan-gun, Yan-gun, Yan-gun, Yan-gun, Yan-gun, the Defendant spent the funds for personal use, such as stock investment, at the location of the Defendant’s office in the above victim

In addition, from around that time to February 2017, the Defendant embezzled the victim’s company’s property by consuming the total amount of KRW 21,943,000 funds owned by the victim and the Korean bank account in cash or by consuming the amount of KRW 21,943,00 for personal purposes, such as stock investment, in accordance with the intent of the Defendant.

2. On February 16, 2017, the Defendant, including computers, was exposed to G et al., the representative of the victim company, and retired from the office of the head of the accounting office. During the process, not only the head of the passbook for the withdrawal of deposits from the flood bank account, but also the access media for the transaction of the flood bank account was returned to the victim company. Of them, the Defendant was holding an OTP card for the transaction of the flood bank account (personal card) without returning it to the victim company.

In the meantime, the Defendant deposited KRW 20,450,000,000, which was owned by the victim in the above fisheries cooperative account at the inn where it is difficult to know the trade name in the inside of the city around February 19, 2017.
