A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the above sentence against Defendant A.

1. On July 19, 2010, Defendant A in violation of the Resident Registration Act submitted a resident registration statement in which the name B, prior to the loss of the Defendant’s nationality, the address of the Defendant, prior to the loss of his/her nationality, was the K in Busan, and the nationality of the Defendant was the Republic of Korea to an employee in New Zealand.

Accordingly, Defendant A reported false facts on resident registration.

2. On July 19, 2010, Defendant A violated the Passport Act and made false entry in a passport to a public official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade who is in the name of the Republic of Korea prior to the loss of the Defendant’s nationality, submitted an application for issuance of a passport with the name of the Republic of Korea prior to the loss of the Defendant’s nationality to a public official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade on or around July 20, 2010.

As a result, Defendant A issued a passport by illegal means at the same time stated false facts in a passport.

3. On December 13, 2010, Defendant A received an entry examination from China in the Jung-gu Incheon International Airport Entry Inspection Zone 2851, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and presented B passport issued as above to Defendant A’s immigration control official.

A around January 18, 2011, after undergoing an examination of departure from the Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, 2851 Incheon International Airport departure inspection zone to New Zealand, A presented B passport issued in the above name of immigration control official.

As a result, Defendant A used a false passport.
