The assistant nurse, guardian, etc. of the Defendant hospital (hereinafter “Defendant hospital’s medical team, etc.”) on February 27, 2015, when the Deceased was hospitalized at the Defendant hospital, from 10:48 to 14:38, the treatment volume per day is approximately 5.6 to 6.8mg in the case of 55kg, the body weight of the deceased, each time, to realize the deceased.
