A. On December 8, 2006, the Plaintiff entered into a non-distribution cancer health insurance contract with the Defendant and the insured as the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

According to the insurance contract of this case in which the plaintiff is diagnosed and confirmed in terms of cancer or boundary, the amount of diagnosis benefits shall be paid when the plaintiff is diagnosed and confirmed in terms of cancer or boundary, and the amount of surgery benefits shall be paid when the insurance proceeds (10 million won; 2 years thereafter) are provided when the insurance proceeds (2 years), and the amount of surgery benefits when the occurrence of the insurance accident is performed is different depending on whether two years have passed since the date of the conclusion of the insurance contract.

Article 14 (Definition and Diagnosis Confirmation of Cancer) (1) "Cancer" in this Agreement means a disease (see attached Table 2, e.g., the "Crance Maternal Life Classification") classified as malicious life in the 4th Korean Standard Disease Classification.

However, I excludes the Category of Boundary.

④ 암의 진단확정은 해부병리 또는 임상병리의 전문의사 자격증을 가진 자에 의하여 내려져야 하며, 이 진단은 조직(fixed tissue)검사, 미세침흡인검사(fine needle aspiration biopsy) 또는 혈액(hemic system) 검사에 대한 현미경소견을 기초로 하여야 합니다.

However, if it is not possible to conduct the above pathological diagnosis, the clinical diagnosis of cancer is admitted as evidence of cancer.

In such cases, documents evidencing that the insured (insured) is diagnosed or treated as cancer shall have any record or evidence.

The following diseases are the Korean Standard Disease Classification Classification (Enforcement Date of the Statistics Korea Notice No. 2002-1, January 1, 2003, 2003), which is classified as malicious organisms as provided for in Article 14(1) and (2) of the Terms and Conditions of the Classification of Music Organisms in attached Table 2:
