1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 2, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The applicable provisions of Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “debtor”, respectively.
