1. The Defendant is jointly and severally and severally with the Plaintiff as to KRW 446,374,161 and KRW 204,858,504, respectively, from July 25, 2017.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the claim, as the transferee of the claim for indemnity finalized by the judgment of Cheongju District Court 2007Da15325 decided on the indemnity amount. 2. Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of this Act (the judgment by public notice)
