1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 44,657,762 as well as KRW 37,800,000 from June 23, 2019 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the First Date for Trial) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant,” and “the Plaintiff shall be deemed to have reduced part of the claim for delay damages in the purport of the claim as indicated in the disposition.”
