1. The defendant expresses his intention to transfer 70,000 shares of the non-party Construction Company to the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff has a claim of USD 643,890.77 against the Defendant, and on May 18, 2010, the Defendant agreed to transfer 70,000 shares of Non-Party Construction Co., Ltd. owned by himself to the Plaintiff for the repayment of the above debt.
B. Therefore, the Defendant expressed its intent to transfer 70,000 shares of Nonparty Construction Co., Ltd. to the Plaintiff, and notified the purport to Nonparty Construction Co., Ltd.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
