1. From January 2012, Defendant A operated a business establishment for the use of the trade name “E” in the Suwon-si Dtel 911, Suwon-si Officetel 91, and Defendant A continued to perform the act for the use of the trade name at the above business establishment even after transferring the above business establishment to B on December 2012.

On June 11, 2013, the Defendant reported the Internet homepage advertisement to the F, who was found to have found the Internet homepage advertisement at the above door-to-door clinic, conducted a literacy by using door-to-door surgery apparatus to put in gate-to-credit in the skin, and received KRW 200,000 as a consideration therefor.

In addition, the Defendant, from January 2012 to December 2012, and from January 2012, 15 to December 2012, 300,000 won monthly average of 20,000 won from January 2013 to June 11, 2013, issued to 1.5 million won monthly average of 20,000 won in return.

Accordingly, the defendant was engaged in medical practice even though he was not a doctor for profit.

2. Defendant B is a person who received the above “E” from the Haman on December 2012, 201, and is engaged in a literacy service.

From the Hadman on December 2, 2012 to July 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) provided a literature by using a gate surgery device to eight customers on an average monthly average of the foregoing “E” office; (b) provided a gate by inserting an excessive amount of 50,000 won per month; and (c) received an average of 50,000 won per month.

Accordingly, the defendant was engaged in medical practice even though he was not a doctor for profit.
