1. The Plaintiff is within the scope of property inherited from the deceased C, and the Defendant A is KRW 18,865,203 and KRW 12,052,016 among them.
Reasons
1. The grounds for the attachment to the indication of the claim (Provided, That the “creditor” and “debtor” are deemed to be “the network C”) and each of the changed grounds for the claim are as stated in the attachment to the claim.
As the network C died, Defendant A 3/5 and Defendant B 2/5 inherited his property, and both Defendants were tried to approve the inheritance limit.
2. Fact that there is no dispute over the grounds for recognition, and entry of Gap 1 through 9 respectively; and
