At around 00:30 on March 30, 2013, the Defendant opened a fuel tank valve which was parked in front of the C cafeteria located in the wife population B, and used the rubber trees prepared in advance to deduct approximately 150,000 won of the market price owned by the victim E in the above fuel tank.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the above victim's property.
