The lower court, on the grounds indicated in its reasoning, found the Defendant guilty of all the modified charges of this case against the Defendant.

The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court and the lower court, such determination is justifiable. In so determining, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the criminal intent to commit

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
