Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
On August 9, 2018, around 21:55, the Defendant driven a B-hand car in the state of alcohol alcohol leveling 0.150% from the parking zone line of Busan viewing and 1001 (Yinsandong), to the front day of the same parking lot settlement.
