A shall be punished by a fine of 700,000 won, and a fine of 500,000 won, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Defendants are women-related persons who reside in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D Apartment, and victims E (73) are the chairpersons of the resident representatives of the same apartment.

1. Damage to property;

A. Defendant A1) On April 17, 2016, the above Defendant: (a) 4 and the head of the public notice posted by the D Apartment Management Office inside the elevator, which was posted by the D Apartment Management Office, on the outdoor bulletin board of the said D Apartment; and (b) 4, the head of the D Apartment Management Office, posted inside the elevator, affected its tear.

2) On April 18, 2016, the above Defendant, on the bulletin board of the above D apartment, had a chapter 4 of the public notice posted by D apartment management office inside the elevator that was posted by D apartment management office, and a chapter 4 of the public notice posted by D apartment management office.

B. On April 19, 2016, Defendant B, the above Defendant: (a) affected the tearing effect of a public notice posted by the management office of D apartment units inside the above D apartment 1D apartment.

2. Definating;

A. On April 12, 2016, Defendant A, while there are several persons, such as apartment guard F, on the street of the front parking lot of the above D apartment on April 12, 2016, Defendant A made a public insult of the victim, saying, “If he was at the age of her head, he did not go away from the seat of the house and would grow up.”

B. At around 05:00 on April 13, 2016, Defendant A insulting the victim at the above D apartment following the following parking lot, Defendant A made a patent insultd the victim by saying, “I am kid from the new wall that she has come up and come up with the past so far from the new wall,” “I am out of the past. I am am string, am string, and am string, because I am not equal to human beings,” and “I am am string and am string,” and “I am am hick, and am hack, if you have come to know about the day we am well.”

3. Around April 18, 2016, Defendant B assaulted the victim at least three times the victim’s chest from a warehouse for recycled products of the above D apartment.
