2. 3. On May 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on his residence located in F 202, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, the Defendant did not intend to sell the goods despite receiving the price of the goods; (b) on his mobile phone, the Defendant posted a notice stating that “to purchase an electronic unit that is opened by the victim G (24 years old) by accessing the Internet camera of the Republic of Korea to the mobile phone; and (c) sent money to the designated account by contacting the victim, the Defendant would deliver the electronic unit to the victim.”
