1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 68,534,130 and KRW 37,541,630 among the Defendants, from August 18, 2015 to April 18, 2016.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (Judgment without holding any pleadings due to the submission of a written reply);
3. As the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal enter into force on September 25, 2015, the statutory interest rate shall be recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from April 16, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the last delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
