1. The Defendant’s KRW 26,950,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from November 22, 2011 to October 16, 2013.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Southern Mine Construction Co., Ltd., a corporation that runs the housing construction business, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Seoul Mine Construction”) is the apartment of this case, hereinafter referred to as the “Seoul apartment of this case” in Southyang-si.

b) The construction project is the contractor of the construction project, and the Defendant is the person who purchased the instant apartment No. 113 Dong 1102. On September 20, 201, the Southern Dog Construction is the down payment (the amount equivalent to 5% of the total sale price, 26,950,000 won, which is the amount equivalent to 5% of the total sale price) under the apartment sale contract to the Defendant.
