Punishment of the crime
1. Operational part of sexual traffic establishments
A. The Defendant committed a joint crime with D is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of “C” by leasing the above officetels 224 in Suwon-si E Officetel in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
On February 10, 2014, the Defendant conspiredd with D, and arranged sexual traffic by having female employees receive 140,000 won of sexual traffic from male customers and have them sexual intercourse with male customers.
B. The Defendant committing a joint crime with F, together with F, is a person who operates the said officetel in the name of “C” under the name of “C” in Suwon-si Etel in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
The Defendant conspiredd with F, from October 2013 to May 27, 2014, arranged sexual traffic by having female employees receive 130,000 won of sexual traffic from male customers and have them sexual intercourse with male customers.
2. The Defendant, along with H, is a person who operates a commercial sex dealing business establishment with the trade name of “G” by leasing the above officetels 922, 1326, and 1521 in the above officetels.
In collusion with H, from June 20, 2014 to July 16, 2014, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts by having female employees receive 140,000 won from male customers to sexual intercourse with male customers.
3. The Defendant, along with H and J, is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of “I” by leasing Nos. 418, 430, and 1310 of the above officetels at Suwon-gu K Officetel in Suwon-gu.
In collusion with H and J, the Defendant, from the end of September 2014 to October 30, 2014, received 130,000 won from male customers as the price for sexual traffic from the above officetels, and let female employees have sexual intercourse with male customers.
