Reasons

1. Details of disposition;

A. The networkF (hereinafter “the network”) served as a mining source in the coal mining center of the Korea Coal Corporation from April 22, 1971 to December 31, 1983.

B. The details of the precise diagnosis of the deceased are as follows:

On October 14, 2014, I, the deceased’s wife, claimed that the deceased’s death constituted an occupational accident and filed a claim for the payment of survivors’ benefits and funeral expenses with the Defendant. Accordingly, on February 5, 2015, the Defendant rendered a disposition of survivors’ benefits and funeral funeral expenses (hereinafter “instant disposition”) on the ground that “the deceased died due to aggravation of pulmonary convergence regardless of pneumoconiosis.”

E. Following the death of I, the Plaintiffs, who were their children, were dismissed on May 4, 2015, which was the Defendant. On October 14, 2015, the Defendant filed a request for reexamination with the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Review Committee on the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance (hereinafter “Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Review Committee”), but the said request was dismissed on November 30, 2015.
