On November 16, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 04:03, driven a vehicle of 1k-burged from the 1km to the roads adjacent to the water supply and sports park near the water supply and sports park located in the Yasan-si, Yasan-dong, with a 0.217% alcohol concentration.
