1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 100,000,00 and the Defendants A and B, respectively, on May 2015.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Applicable provisions;

(a) A claim against Defendant 1 and 2: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);

(b) Claim against Defendant 3: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act)
