Examining the evidence duly admitted and investigated by the lower court and the first instance court, it is justifiable for the lower court to have found the Defendants guilty of all the charges on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

There is no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of experience and logic or misunderstanding of legal principles.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
